I offer yoga and meditation in custom-tailored private sessions in the following styles of yoga: subtle yoga, gentle flow yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, and yoga nidra.
Private one-on-one sessions can be beneficial to those who are not comfortable in a large class setting.
